We are looking to recruit a Receptionist in a full time basis who is committed to providing excellent service to the clients. .
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Schedules/confirms appointments and maintain the office calendar
• Handles incoming external/internal phone calls
• Welcomes and accompanies visitors to conference rooms
• Informs staff of visitors’ arrivals, delays or cancellations
• Handles the client database
• Maintains the reception and visitor areas
• Responsible for couriers/dispatches
• Manages incoming/outcoming mail
• Orders office supplies
• Administrative duties
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
• Bachelor Degree in Administration, Secretarial studies or Hospitality studies
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite applications)
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
• Knowledge of any other language will be considered an advantage
• Exceptional communication and service skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
• Team player
• Professional character
