Congratulations to our Head of Property & Construction, George Ioannou, on his appointment as a member of ETEK’s Register of Arbitrators (The Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
ETEK’s Arbitration Register is the only constitutional Arbitration body in Cyprus, and it aims in creating an effective Dispute Resolution framework in the construction industry. It consists of 27 expert arbitrators, whose appointment has been qualified by ETEK.
Along with his extensive experience as a lawyer in consultation, arbitration & litigation, and expertise in advising on property, real estate and construction matters, acquisitions & requisitions, civil and contract law, George Ioannou is also a property surveyor and now also accredited in providing certified arbitration services.
