Thank you to the CBA Cyprus Bar Association for organizing a highly engaging conference on Common Law in Europe last Friday 14 June, at the Columbia Plaza.
Our Managing Partner, George Z. Georgiou, was a panelist in the session "Legal Privilege and Sanctions", and moderated the session "SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports) in Civil Litigation, discussing unofficial freezing of assets, private law disputes, and tippingoff.
