NEWSLETTER/MARKETING PRIVACY NOTICE

If you subscribe to receive our newsletters, we will collect, store, and use your email address and your name and surname. If you are an existing client we will use your email address.

We will use the personal information we collect about you to send you our newsletters and marketing material. If you subscribe to receive our newsletter we ask for your consent to do this, and we will only send you our newsletter for as long as you continue to consent. If you are an existing client we rely on our legitimate interests to send you marketing material unless you unsubscribe from such communication or you write to us expressly requesting not to send you any marketing material. We also need this information so we can communicate with you.

We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

Your information is stored in our database and is not shared with any third parties except as reasonably required for us to process and store your data.

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents who have a business need-to-know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletters or until you unsubscribe from our marketing list and for as long as reasonably required thereafter in accordance with our retention policy.

If you subscribe to receive our newsletters, we rely on your consent to process the personal data you provide us to send you our newsletters. You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing for that purpose at any time. To withdraw your consent, please email us at  dataprotection@gzg.com.cy  or click on the unsubscribe link at the footer of any marketing email you receive from us or contact us at +357 22763340. Similarly, if you are an existing client, you can contact us at any time, as explained above, or click on the unsubscribe link. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, or that you do not wish to receive marketing materials, we will no longer send you our newsletters and, subject to our retention policy, we will dispose of your personal data securely.

You can ask us what information we hold about you and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask us to give you a copy of the information. As mentioned above, you can also ask us to stop using your information for newsletters - the easiest way to do this is to withdraw your consent as explained in section 7 above.
