Our Public Law team advises on matters relating to constitutional, administrative and public procurement law, in a wide range of sectors including financial institutions, planning authorities, governmental agencies, health and administrative boards and public sector corporations.
We advise some of the largest semi-governmental organisations in Cyprus. Our team has successfully represented clients for regulatory matters before the Administrative Court, the Tenders Review Authority and for damages in the District Court. We have also advised clients in relation to administrative challenges regarding the Capital Control and EU Resolution Directives, including referrals to the ECJ.
