We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Support Officer.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues and providing excellent support to our internal Staff Members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Evaluate and diagnose computer problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Assist internal Staff Members with Office and productivity tools, ensuring they can perform their roles efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and GZG’s trusted vendors to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience providing support for Office and productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or relevant subject.
- Professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or equivalent, are desirable but not required.
