We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant in a part-time basis who is committed to providing excellent service and assists the accounts department. 

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Assistance with debtors’ recoveries
•    Prepare monthly bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
•    Process clients and supplier invoices
•    Update and maintain accounts database
•    Prepare and process accounting entries in the accounting system 
•    Perform administrative tasks as needed
•    Communicates with authorized suppliers and responds to queries with regards to invoicing   
•    Preparation of accounting files 

•    Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
•    Work experience as an Accounting Assistant
•    Certification in accounting (e.g. higher) would be considered an advantage
•    Accounting software experience (e.g. Sage,Zygos) would be considered an advantage
•    Good Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite applications)
•    Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
•    Ability to work individually and as a part of a team 
•    Numerical and analytical skills 
•    Excellent organisation and communication skills
•    Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
•    Fast learner 
•    Ability to spot numerical errors
