Chara’s practice covers all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Litigation. She has acted in a variety of complex, high-value cases with an international element and has significant experience in commercial dispute resolution, conflict of laws, civil fraud and asset tracing. She is also experienced in applications for injunctive relief including freezing orders, disclosure orders and other interim injunctions.
