Harris Georgiades is a distinguished Cypriot economist, statesman, and public policy expert. He served as Minister of Finance of Cyprus, and he is widely credited with placing Cyprus on a path of solid economic growth. He served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the EBRD, and as Chair of the House Standing Committee on Foreign and European Affairs. Harris brings a particular expertise in geopolitical risk assessment, economic strategies, regulatory environments, and cross-border investment structuring, and a combination of executive decision-making, international institutional networks, and analytical diligence, involving governments, financial institutions, and private sector clients.
