Bio
Koullis is a well-respected Chartered Surveyor, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and of the Cyprus Scientific & Technical Chamber (ETEK). He is the founder and director of K.E. Makrides Property Consultants & Valuers, and he has an extensive experience in property valuations and property management across all sectors and areas of the Cyprus property market. His experience includes dealing with large commercial properties (e.g. malls, hotels, golf-courses), as well as large residential projects and simple properties. His has also worked within the operations management field, where extensive negotiations skills were developed and demonstrated.
