Maya’s practice focuses on cross-border commercial litigation of high-value commercial and corporate disputes, civil fraud, asset tracing and debt recovery. Maya often acts and advices in cases involving world-wide freezing orders, disclosure orders and other injunctions. She also deals with recognition and enforcement proceedings of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards.
