Bio
Andria Panayiotou is a Senior Lawyer and Deputy Head of the Employment & Pensions Department of the firm. She handles complex employment-related disputes and regularly represents clients before the Industrial Disputes Tribunal and the courts of Cyprus. She advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, internal procedures, and regulatory compliance, and acts as legal counsel to major public and private sector clients at management and board level. She is also a Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) representing Cyprus. Andria is also a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department and has extensive experience in civil litigation, including contractual disputes, insurance matters, and medical negligence claims, representing prestigious clients at all levels of the courts of Cyprus.
