Marina is a Partner and the Head of the Banking Department, specializing in all areas of civil law with a strong focus on banking law. Marina oversees the firm's banking practice, providing expert advice on the origination and drafting of various agreements, and has extensive experience in conducting due diligence for large corporate groups, especially in acquiring NPLs. She also manages complex restructuring and commercial agreements, where banking institutions are contracting parties, and she prepares legal opinions on intricate banking matters. Being a litigator, Marina handles significant banking claims, including those arising from new legislation, advises on contentious banking issues and represents clients in court, as well as manages litigation cases related to cross-border banking claims, contract law, and borrower protection claims. Marina is also an accredited international Mediator. She contributes articles to international legal journals, sharing insights on various legal topics.
