Το γραφείο μας, σε συνεργασία με την Trojan Economics, εκπροσώπησε την FBME Card Services Ltd («FBMECS») σε υπόθεση καταγγελίας ενώπιον της Επιτροπής Προστασίας του Ανταγωνισμού («ΕΠΑ») εναντίον της JCC και διαφόρων τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων που δραστηριοποιούνται στην Κύπρο. Η καταγγελία αφορούσε αντι-ανταγωνιστικές πρακτικές και συμπεριφορές εκ μέρους της JCC και των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων κατά παράβαση των εθνικών και ενωσιακών κανόνων ανταγωνισμού. Το συνολικό πρόστιμο που επέβαλε η ΕΠΑ ανέρχεται σε €31.009.765.
