We are hiring an energetic and motivated Commercial Lawyer, committed to providing excellent service and professional advice to clients.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and drafting of legal opinions for a variety of commercial matters;
- Reviewing and drafting of legal agreements;
- Advising clients on transactions and negotiating on their behalf;
- Representing clients before regulators and public authorities.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law;
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience;
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association;
- Experience in IP law will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent drafting skills in English and Greek;
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of commercial awareness;
- Interpersonal and client facing skills
- Project management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to adhere to strict deadlines;
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Team player.
